Training with TDN Rider Connor Hogan

A big couple of weeks coming up for OMCC, with our second club ground trial, training with Young gun Connor Hogan and Glenmaggie Easter Trial!

Connor Hogan, Australian Title Finalist, Trials Des Nations team winner and regular Trial 2 Rider will be heading to the club-grounds on the 21st and 22nd of March 2020.

$80 for a days training available both Saturday and Sunday.

Training for different skill levels will be subject to availability, so if you are keen to get involved please contact [email protected], please provide what day or days you would prefer, and what level of training you seek, using the Rider grading system – e.g. Clubman, C Grade, C+ Grade, B Grade and A Grade.

OMCC Club Grounds Trial Round 2 – March 15th

March the 15th, OMCC will be hosting our second trials event for 2020, following our successful event only a few short weeks ago.

The event will be held at our club grounds in Clayton South, with a wide variety of terrain and obstacles for all levels of riders. 
Like our previous event, a rider-observer system will be employed, offering all a chance to ride and contribute to the days event. 

A BBQ lunch will be provided.

Please note to ride this event, you must have a AMA license. Licenses for trials events at $18.18 for individuals and $36.36 for families. To join and to find out more about AMA click here.

OMCC would also like to announce the The Glenmaggie Easter Trial is set to go ahead this year! More information about the Glenmaggie will be provided soon.

VTS Round 3 – Winchelsea

Last weekend saw the third round of the Victorian Trials Series held by OMCC,take place at the awesome venue out at Winchelsea.

A surprisingly dry trial despite the grim forecast of rain, rain and more rain. A Great turn out to a fantastic venue.

Victorian Trial Series – Rd 3 – Winchelsea

The Vic Trial Series round 3 will be held again at the great Winchelsea site on Sunday 26thMay.

Winchelsea is approx an 1:30min drive from Melbourne. It is a fantastic property, offering steep, rocky terrain, catering to all levels of riding.

Glenmaggie Easter Trial: Wrap Up

This year’s event turnout was once again the great trial’s of the year.

Camping, riding and chatting around the camp fires is part of the entertainment at this great location in Victoria.

Many interstate riders made the trek and left with many trophies and smiles.

Glenmaggie Rider and Observer training

There is an opportunity for the following Training on Good Friday 19/04/2019 at Glenmaggie.

Juniors Riding Training Opportunity
This training will be carried out by an approved Motorcycling Australia (MA) Coach with the help of other experienced riders.
This training is for Juniors who currently hold an MA Licence.
The training will be logged into your Junior Log book and go towards the 5 hrs required per year to uphold an MA Licence.
